Agnus Dei Gloria

For centuries, before shepherds led their flocks to the mountain pastures, they would first gather in community. They visited one another’s homes, sat around the table, shared stories, and prepared together for what lay ahead. The community of shepherds is such a space – a dedicated time and place for learning, listening, discussions and discerning the cost. It is a time of preparation.

Agnus Dei Gloria is a community of worship shepherds leaders, who, for most of the year work "in the fields” by serving others and accompanying them. Yet often, they lack the time or space to pause, ask questions, seek guidance, or care for their own spiritual and emotional health.
There are seasons when even those who stand at the front – those expected to lead – find themselves without words or clarity. They may feel unsure of direction, uncertain about what to say, how to lead themselves or others, or how to navigate emotions – their own and those of their teams. They need time to grow, space to learn, and the presence of others walking a similar path.

Agnus Dei Gloria is an online and in-person program created for graduates of Studium Nowego Psalmu (Study of the New Psalm) and members of Pieśniopisarze (Hymn writ-ers) movement, who are actively involved in worship leading ministry.
It consists of four formation modules: Theological (soteriological), Spiritual Discipline (encountering God in every day life), Theology of Worship (in the context of Church ministry), Emotional Health and Team Dynamics.
